AYRES were engaged by Joy in Movement (J.I.M) to help support franchisees in site sourcing, project management, and approvals. We are directly engaged with the franchisees on the full end to end process from site location analysis to site establishment. Managing the fit-out and installation process. We've currently delievered on three Joy in Movement locations (Burleigh Heads, Caloundra and Helensvale) with another four (Bokarina, Recliffe, Wynnum Manly and Coolum Beach) due for completion by July.
