AYRES were engaged to formulate a strategic plan for Slow House focusing on market insight, brand enhancement, and operational efficiency. At the same time, we were able to help raise capital and lock in three future locations across QLD, NSW & VIC. All due for construction in 2026/27. Supporting Slow House with Client-Side Project Management has in turn helped relieve the process of procurement and allow us to create timelines from start to finish on their particular build.
