We were first introduced to Vera Living in early 2025, where we were engaged to perform a gap analysis on the internal development process. This helped them see key areas that needed improvement, which mostly around their trade partners. We’re now supporting Vera Living with ongoing Client-Side Project Management services, delivering and advising their portfolio of $200m in SDA properties across Australia. Our engagement aligns with our services in design, procurement, end-to-end construction management and tendering.
